DASC is a training clinic for master’s and doctoral students fulfilling their degrees in social work, clinical mental health counseling, and clinical psychology. DASC accepts students with a drive for learning about evidence-based practices and cutting edge treatments from University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice and Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. DASC’s therapists-in-training receive between 5-8 training hours per week; comprised of both individual and group supervision, as well as didactic seminars in order to receive extensive training and support in learning and implementing evidence-based practices.

Therapists-in-training can accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance plans, and can also offer low reduced rate / sliding scale services.
