My name is Lovely and my pronouns are she/her/hers. Please let me know how you would like to be addressed. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I strive to connect with individuals to assist them with improving the well-being of their lives. I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Education. I am passionate about understanding culture and diversity, strengthening behaviors, and enhancing mental stability. I believe in protecting children, strengthening families and building futures for those who have experienced trauma. I encourage clients to know that they are in a safe and non-judgmental space where they can receive the support and therapeutic insight that they are seeking.

I pride myself on being a dedicated and compassionate counselor with 15 years of professional experience counseling individuals and groups. I am strongly suited in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy using a variety of techniques and interventions to meet client needs. As a clinical therapist, I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing mental health challenges including, but not limited to; mood disorders, substance abuse, social/emotional behavioral challenges, and other acute crises. I continue to be very passionate about helping others return to their personal center, regain emotional balance, and reach a state of self-actualization so that healing may begin.
