Beginning therapy takes courage, and I deeply value the step you’re taking in considering it. Counseling is not about having every answer, but about creating a space where you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and support as you move through feelings of uncertainty, loneliness, anxiety, or struggle.
I approach therapy with a style that is direct, intentional, and encouraging. I aim to help you gain clarity, deepen your self-understanding, and build skills that support real change. Whether you’re working through relational concerns, exploring spirituality, navigating identity development, managing anxiety or depression, or healing from trauma, I adapt my approach to meet you where you are and honor what matters most to you.
As a culturally sensitive therapist, I am committed to creating a space that is inclusive, respectful, and affirming.
